SERENDIPITY
Serendipity.
Cool breeze, blue sky.
Nerves covering my skin
Injecting the molecules that create me.
When hands touch they
Grab the heart strings caressing them gently.
It throws the heart up and catches it every
Time.
Throws it up so high like a
Balloon being lost but never forgotten to the
Glowing sky.
Serendipitous is this moment as I look back on my
Life.
The salt water seeping into my
Blood washes me clean rather then drowns me.
Rinses me until I rejoice through the sweet release of pain.
The shadow of my sorrows reborn into the puddle of my overflowing joy.Â
I introduce myself to the moon I have known for a lifetime, for now I am reborn.
